This assessment describes the show Wolterstorff finds happiness after losing his sons. It also describes the way comfort and love changes him. This story also shows that death is not the end; it is a light of the Christian narrative. Death and birth are always planes from God and those two things never leave human lives. This assessment shows how much the bible’s words affect the narrator after his son’s death and how it helps him to overcome their suffering.
Discussion
Question 1
Narrators wrote wheels that the main character Wolterstorff’s son dies at the age of 25 climbing at the rock alone. This incident was very effective for Wolterstorff. A son’s death is not hopeful for them and their families. The dead child Eric is one of the best sons along with his three children (Coates, 2020). In the childhoods how much time they spend together and how much love they share with each other those are also in the narrator’s memories. Wolterstorff sees more than twenty years of his children’s lives and it is too tough for him to forget his sons. The author is horner to remember his sons in their old age. Their memories are fresh in his mind. He remembers when he married his wife and then had three children. Those memories give him love and hope. He also did not forget his dead son because his memory and childhood are also reflected in his brain (Hordern, 2020).
Many memories that happen in their son’s childhood also make narrators happy. Wolterstorff also feels happy and hopeful to think that when he is going to be reborn he will say hello to his son. He also knows that god also suffers due to his loss and god also feels the same pain as him. He feels happy to think that God also feels his grief. He feels happy to know that he can also see the god at the end of his life. However, his son must be waiting for him or waiting to see him.
Question 2
Wolterstorff always thinks that death is the nature of their world. Christian believes in the resurrection after death. They also think that death is not death it is a love and comforts them that death showed toward the person. Different people think that it is the calls from heaven that give the person love and care and peace (Carroll, 2019). Death is not the end of it, only the end of the person’s body. However, the person’s soul is always living with their loved ones. The souls are always untouchable and no one can separate and dead souls from their loved ones. The souls always give love far away and make wishes for their loved ones’ safety. The bible says that death and birth are always planes from God and those two things never leave human lives. God also takes control of human lives. The death also showed the sinful actions that the person did.
If the person did any sinful action then the god answers and is punished then for their actions (Mwambari, 2020). Death is also a resource to end their enemies. If the person’s body is not in front of the enemies they are going to heat a death full soul. The death also shows love because it gives chances to follow their loved ones and their family members who already left at the haven before then. In the Christian babies also show any information about dead person lives and their pains. After death, God always makes every person report about their good and bad works. After death all those bad words, judgments and reports or the punishments the person needs to face. The bible also tells that if any person did not go to be believed to the god then they should be believed at the john.
Question 3
Nicolas Wolterstorff felt relieved to see those bible theories and tales. It helps Wolterstorff to gain more hope. He understands that his son might be reborn after his death. This type of hope comforts the narrators (Kratz, 2018). The character’s bible helps Wolterstorff to understand the meaning of the deaths. He knows that his sons must live happily with their authors’ families. However, he also thinks that if his son is not reborn then he must follow their families and see them from far away. He believes that if his son dies soon then it must be his son who is a pure soul that the god has been at their sides. The narrator thought that he was also going to follow his son’s path someday. He thought that one day he was going to meet his son in heaven. This hope helps the narrator feel happy and hopeful.
He understands that lives also flowers from discipline. If people become human life then they also need to leave one day from this planet. In the world, if the new peoples are not born and if death is never happens then they never know the values of their lives. So if God gives chances to live a happy life then everyone needs to feel those values. Those that give narrators hope to live his life and motivate him to meet his son soon.
Conclusion
After analysis this assessment it has been concluded that death is not the end of the person. It also destroys the person’s body but not the person’s soul. These souls also love and care for their loved ones and their family members. In the story of Wolterstorff, he believed in the god and knew that God also feels the pain to see their people’s pain. Every Christian feels that their loved one who died but their souls did not lead their sides. Those hops and care toward their families give hotels to the dead persons’ families to live longer.
