Atthis stage, this paper would provide a list of recommendations for strategies to meet the clients’ objectives and address any concerns.

Recommendations for Strategies to Meet the Clients’ Objectives

In business operations of a company, strategies are needed to meet the clients’ objectives of a project on the priority basis. Without proper strategies, the needs and expectations of the clients cannot be fulfilled at all related to their project. At this stage, meeting needs and expectations of the clients related to the project should be accomplished taking effective strategies. The strategies can help to complete the project in any circumstance and meet the clients’ objectives effectively (Amofah & Ijaz, 2005). At this stage, a company is responsible to take effective decisions on strategies and start working on the project. Therefore, a list of recommendation for strategies can be provided as below:

Setting Clear Expectation:
In order to meet the clients’ objectives regarding any project, keeping them satisfied through setting clear expectations is necessary. The clients can be satisfied through creating accountability in selection of the team members and use of the components of a project. Further, it is necessary to conduct regular monitoring of the project to maintain quality of the work and assure its right direction to complete every task (Amofah & Ijaz, 2005). Additionally, the clients’ satisfaction that is associated with using materials should be clear to remove their doubts for the project.

Defining Milestones:
All clients deserve to know clear milestones to be considered to complete the project. Therefore, meeting clients’ objectives is necessary in any circumstance through providing milestones throughout the lifecycle of the project. In milestones, written documents should be considered in which initiation, planning, execution, and closure phases of the project should be mentioned clearly and start working based on the milestones of each phase (Amofah & Ijaz, 2005). Establishing Clear Communication:

The manager can create status report on the work based on each phase of milestones and send the report to the clients on the regular basis (Charles, 2018). Further, clear communication with team members and clients on a project reduces error in the working process. At this stage, the can be continued to complete the project within given deadline and meeting the needs of clients’ objectives.

Managing Project Risks:
Managing project risks is also helpful in meeting clients’ objectives on a project. Risks can be seen in a project like construction of building that needs to control or manage taking effective precautions and safety tools on the project. Managing project risks can also assure avoiding delay of the project completion and financial loss. These are the main threats of the clients related to their project (Charles, 2018). Therefore, project manager can focus towards managing project risk on the priority basis and save life of the workers and complete the project on time without delay of the project.

Avoiding Scope Creep:
The most important role of the project manager can be seen as avoiding scope creep and keeping a project on the right track. This can also satisfy the clients’ objectives of a project because changes make the project delay and increasing financial cost. Clients never want to be such type of issues in the project. Therefore, a project manager can take care of the project effectively to avoid scope creep and complete every task before affecting deadline and project cost (Charles, 2018). Evaluating the Project after Completion:

Therefore, a list of some strategies to address any concerns of the clients can be details as below:

Starting a Solid Brief:
In most of the situations, services of the company provided to the clients raise misunderstanding regarding quality assurance because of lack of information in the progress of the project. Therefore, it is important to avoid misunderstanding of the clients through beginning with a clear brief in which outlining about the exact milestones and working criteria (Forbes, 2020). The company should avoid mentioning unnecessary information related to the project work and services provided to the clients in order to remove their any concerns. The clarification of clients’ expectations regarding project services should be removed based on answering questions of the clients.

Communication and Consistency:
The communication and consistency with clients should be considered on the priority basis in which telling about the actual information regarding project work and services help to increase trust level. The clients believe on the working criteria of the company are possible when regular marketing and promotion is conducted in order to increase awareness and knowledge about the services they needs (Forbes, 2020). At the same time, clear and transparent information available to the client about the services is the best approach of the company. This routine updates and reports of the company assure in addressing any concerns of the clients when they try to search information.

Build Rapport:
In order to develop a good relationship with the clients in the business process, building rapport is needed on the priority basis. This strategy is also adopted by a company to address any concerns of the clients in which they feel more comfortable and understood. Building rapport needs conversation with open and friendly manners in which providing clear information is necessary related to the services (Dik & Duffy, 2009). Further, the clients’ attention towards main facts should be kept to feel them more comfortable.

Keep Track on Time:
The project services that is provided to the clients on time, this efforts keep them very happy and make them potential clients of the company in the market. The regular update about the services provided to the clients helps to address any concerns and client can believe on the company rather than any doubts (Dik & Duffy, 2009).
