Introduction
A personality test shows the personality that I have in my life. This personality has had a great influence on my life. Those two personality tests describe my character. The assessments describe the experience and my reaction that I did after I saw the test result. This personality test also helps me to understand my characters and my positivity. The assessments also describe that the test result helps to develop myself and influences me to work as a social worker. This assessment also describes how I can develop my skills and become a grease social worker. The difference between those two results is also described in the following sections.
Discussing
The ‘Myer-Briggs’ online personality test: The first result shows that my personality is ENFJ and that means extravert, intuitive, feeling, judging. This shows that I have good development skills, business skills and good communications skills (Diab-Bahman, 2021). ENFJ types of personality have community skills, good leadership skills and many more. ENFJ types like to spend time with others, they also encourage people. They are good at motivating people and it makes them good leaders (Macalady, 2021).
The ‘Big 5’ personality test: the second result shows that I have an OCEAN model personality. This personality means conscientiousness, agreeableness, neuroticism, openness, and extraversion (Čerović & Petrović, 2018). This personality defines the person as an open-minded person who has great creativity skills. This personally people are more fascinated about their works, more socialise, talkative and energetic. These types of people face some sadness and are over-emotional sometimes.
Experience the emotion and consider how this relates to your personality
The first is most similar to my own personality because it defines most of my habits and skills. The first ‘Myer-Briggs’ online personality test shows that I am a positive person. In my real life, I am a positive person who tries to develop others and motivates others. This test shows that I am warm-hearted, efficient, have wild social groups, being more organised and many more. I am good at enjoying other people. People with an ENFJ personality place a strong personality on subjective considerations (Macalady, 2021). I like to feel other people’s feelings rather than only think about myself. This personality Psychoanalytic Perspectivetheories that is also shows that I think more about my future. The theory also defines about my perfect personalities. It is a good point because I didn’t compromise my present and take my future more seriously. I try to develop my skills and make good goals in the future. This test result shows that this personality has good organisational skills, and planning skills (Amsah et al., 2020). It is most relevant for me because I am good at organising my plans and my studying structure. This test result is similar to my personality and it is helpful for me to understand my skills and weak points. I always do what my heart says to me and it’s also similar to the test result. This personality also influences me to provide good relationships with my people.
The second ‘Big 5’ personality test results show that I have an OCEAN model personality. This personality is also similar to my personality. This test result also defines that I have an open-minded personality, good organisational skills. This result is also similar to my personality but not similar to the previous test result. I like to clean more attention and I am also good at starting conversations first. Social Cognitive Perspective theories this result shows that this type of personality has good and big social services and it is similar to my personality (Đokić, Milićević & Đokić, 2021). I love to help others or the poor people, I also assets who need someone’s help. However, this test shows that these types of personalities have many worries about their work and their lives but this is not similar to my personality. I am a little bit careless about my worries because is can handle every situation. This result says that I get upset so easily but am not that tired because I am positive and stronger about my feelings (Đokić, Milićević & Đokić, 2021). This type of personality is more stressful and they do not have a good ability to handle difficult situations. However, I can give myself a chance to overcome difficult situations.
Experience emotion and your personality may influence your practice as a social worker in the future
As a social worker, I must be open to all the scenarios, both positive and negative. There can be a lot of challenges or difficulties to encounter that may influence my performance in the industry. If emotions are to be generated, I must be empathetic to make crucial decisions in situations involving moral dilemmas (Đokić, Milićević & Đokić, 2021). Keeping in mind that my opinions and undertaken decisions will impact the consequences in future, I must have analytical foresight to prevent any physical or psychological traumas on the patients. An affectionate and understanding personality removes the stress level in the workplace and fosters a collaborative bond between the fellow-workers. The attribute of agreeableness helps me generate the spirit of compassion, trust and respect (Čerović & Petrović, 2018). If the situation demands I must exercise the quality of being extroversive where it may be important to assert own control over others. Every individual is lenient towards social anxiety and worries to a little extent. If I experience this situation someday, with intellectual curiosity and creative imagination I must combat the odds and impediments to personal development. The most important quality is being conscientious which will help me being more responsible to embark on critical duties. All these traits will contribute to my productiveness that will help me stay focused and organized.
Conclusion
After analysing these assessments it has been concluded that personality is an important thing that can define people’s characters. It also influences people to develop their weak points. As social workers, the person needs to be more communicative with different people. The person needs to become more helpful. If the person follows this testing result and develops their skills and their lack point then they can become the greatest social workers in the future. The personality test helps me understand my skills and my strength. This personality also influences me to provide good relationships with my people.
