Introduction
Basically, SAP implementation refers to a German company that is SAP SE and SAP implementation is basically implemented for resource planning in an organization. The software by which this whole process is done is called SAP ERP. The services provided by the SAP implementation team are basically to help an organization create a work environment which is most efficient for the users. This goal of this type of project is achieved by reducing data loss, redundancies and errors. This provides control on several business aspects. Being a centralized system implementing this type of project helps to get inventory management which is definitely better, helps to enhance productivity, and also helps to endorse the quality, decreases the cost of raw materials, helps to provide an HR management which is very effective and enhances profit by reducing expenses.
Discussion
SAP implementation in hospitals: There are many challenges faced by the healthcare industry. SAP implementation would definitely help to maintain specific standards and processes. SAP software solutions would help to cope with the challenges faced by a hospital. SAP implementations are playing a vital role in transforming the processes of businesses. Large hospitals with operations which are complex and varied have started to use these organization-based systems of resource planning. Chitungwiza general hospital started using SAP in 2014. Different studies aimed at evaluation of the impact of SAP implementation which in turn is focusing on this hospital. As a result, these studies aimed at examining the factors which surround SAP implementation in its facilitators as well as the inhibitors and also the overall impact on other business areas, for example, SCM, accounting systems (Sinambela, 2021). The studies were conducted covering all departments of hospitals that have integrated SAP system solutions in operations. Literature on the implementation of SAP revealed a dearth of information of SAP implementation in the hospitals. For research objectives the mixed research methodology was adopted which includes quantitative (questionnaires) and qualitative (interviews) data and these were solicited to achieve the objectives of the research. This pilot study and triangulation conducted was instrumental for the enhancement of the reliability and validity of the results (Snoeck, Schröfl & Mechtcherine, 2018). Data were coded, a set of created, analyzed by the statistical software of social sciences for analysing inferential and descriptive statistics. The analysis of content was used for the analysis of data. The findings showed that SAP implementation has a positive transformation in healthcare business operations which include records management, accounting and management of customer services. These changes had a positive impact on the viability and profitability of the healthcare providing institution (Syafiraliany, Lubis & Witjaksono, 2019). The research finds that though the hospital prioritized challenges of SAP training still exist in resourcing adequately in the processes of SAP implementation. In spite of these challenges, the studies suggest that to get the benefits of implementation of the SAP system, huge financing is extremely necessary. The healthcare institution should provide the money to enhance the SAP implementation process. It is expected that the measures could enhance the SAP implementation.

SAP implementation in business organizations: On the other hand the implementation of the SAP projects in a business organization has several stages. Firstly, it helps to plan a project. Secondly, it creates the blueprint of the business project. Thirdly, it helps with the implementation of that project. Fourthly, it helps integration testing. Fifthly, it helps in the final preparation of the project. Sixthly, it helps to go live. Finally, it helps in the production and supports GO LIVE. SAP is the leading software system in the world and there are many SAP ERP providers in the big cities nowadays. SAP ERP is a modern business organization system of information allowed to optimize processes of internal business, reducing costs of production and increasing the investors’ attractiveness for enterprises. It is important for success in the competitive market and a vital condition for attracting investors in the important sectors of the state (Khan et al., 2021). An example of the systems is information systems of the enterprise using the technique of ERP. ERP is a combined series of processes, methods, tools and technologies. It depends on the management of the supply chain, advanced planning and their scheduling, automation of sales tools which are responsible for configuration, final planning of resources, intelligence in business, technology, e-Commerce, product data management. The key purpose of the systems of ERP is the automation of processes which are interrelated in planning operations, management and accounting in focussed areas of the business organization. These systems of ERP are all automated systems and can effectively solve complex problems which include optimal business resources allocation, ensuring an efficient and quick delivery of commodities and services to the buyers. Knowledge of ERP systems provided automation in industries to introduce functional departments of the organization as one complex system (Betito et al., 2021). In the case of quality estimates, the majority of the managers realise that the implementation of the systems of SAP ERP is a useful and necessary procedure. Estimates of the effectiveness of the systems of information in implementation are very relevant. However, some surprising facts are derived from many surveys conducted on an SAP implementation. According to these surveys, only 35% of projects were successful and 45% of them were unsuccessful. These are mainly due to the lack of funds or may be due to the inability to deliver within the timeframe. Other 20% were cancelled before completion.
Conclusion
It can be concluded the accounting development is related to ERP and gives benefits for companies and users. The studies of accounting are related to ERP; those are limited to certain types of use, as a result, the results of the research are not useful to distinguish the accounting quality. However, this research analysed ERP for a particular type of product SAP. It is able to analyse the success of implementations of SAP. In most studies that depend on surveys, there are limitations. The data examined and assessed might not show the real scenario, because individuals may not be serious in filling out the questionnaires, which leads to misleading or biased results. Nevertheless, the findings of the research are not absolute.
