Australia is one of the most developed and multicultural countries in the world. Since late 1940, almost more than 7 million people have migrated to Australia. Many acts have been enacted to ensure compliance. There have been many key issues in living like Australia as the country has done many developments like most of the peoples of Australia give their support to Tracie racism in Australia. Despite many legal protections and safeguards, many people in Australia continue to experience unfair treatment. One in ten Australians said that some races are inferior and superior to each other. Many changes have been seen in the culture of Australia. Nearly 200 countries agreed to become citizens of Australia. The year 2020 is put great effect on the education business economy

Indigenous Culture: The Torres Strait islander and Australian Aboriginals are some of those peoples who lived in Australia more than 49000 years ago (Gopalkrishnan et al., 2018). The culture of Australia is slightly different from other countries. Australia is a place for ethnic cultures and it is not a settler or colonial population.
Education sector: The cultural diversity in Australia provides a competitive advantage in attracting many international students. The Cohesive cultural diversity promises Australia’s appeal as one of the finest educational destinations. Thereby the students gained the advantage and continued growth has been noticed in the Educational sector.
Hospitality and Food Industry: Cultural diversity in Australia gained a wide variety of cuisines and many dining options. Food is many times the very first point of contract in a different culture. If the food is tasty and it manages to attract customers it will be great. Australia is one of those countries that offer great food advantages. Food enhances many positive cultural interactions between multicultural groups.
Tolerance and resilience: The cultural diversity in Australia has been eligible to be found to enable to increase the tolerance level. The main aim behind it is to challenge cultural stereotypes among individuals. They have taken a step to promote tolerance and understanding (Rahman et al., 2020). It is possible by giving exposure to many like Languages different faiths and many more.

Australia’s industry of tourism moves from niche and cultural tourism and the cities have shown growth in the sector of tourism the country also provides many tourism advantages to the culturally diverse cities and these groups provide many benefits in the respect of tours and travels. Tourists from various countries have seen the impact and growth in the tourism sector of Australia.
Speaking style The national language of Australia is English and the majority of people speak it. Australian English is also not easy for foreigners to understand. Australians’ style of speaking English is not easy to understand. This feature attracts foreigners most of the time.
Behaviour: It is the behaviour that attracts the most in a country like Australia the clients and outsiders treated like own family members (Hocquette et al., 2018). In Australia there is no racism, no one is unequal. The behaviour of the peoples with others creates brotherhood among all the peoples. Like when cricketers and other players from different countries come to Australia they always receive a warm welcome from the audience.

Historical importance: Australia’s culture has many great Australian museums and many historical places to look for many beautiful places to see (Ratten, 2020). So the visitors here enjoy with family friends and special ones in watching the beautiful scenarios of Australia and spend quality time. Spending night room and weekend with a coffee in hand Australia is the perfect place.
Rules and relaxations: Australia has different national narratives and there are various rules and relaxations have been noticed. Most are very much conscious about following the rule of law. Mainly most of the people are those that generally maintain a relaxed approach. These relaxations help the Australian community and visitors. The majority of Australians accepts Multiculturalism and believes it to be the future of the nation. Australian people generally treat and care for people from all backgrounds equally.
Egalitarianism: Mainly most of the Australia’s People in Australia believe in the right called Fair go regardless of the background of the person. Respect cannot be earned by wealth and education. The only substantial social conclusion is the way a person speaks usually as per his age.
Growth of work opportunities: Australia is holding globally the number 4 position to rank among countries from across the country. The country also makes two-thirds of the total revenues from educational services. The seamless flow of growth opportunities in Australia creates many job opportunities. Increasing the job opportunities will result in great economic benefits for the country.
Conclusion
In order to facilitate equal participation both in social and cultural life, persons with a disability require that the barriers in communication be eliminated as much as may be possible. The general public should be educated to accept that the disabled person will also get the same rights as any other person. They also use restaurants, hotels and other venues. The cultural diversity in the country of Australia also promotes innovation and creativity. It also creates a secure and healthy work culture and promotes new creativity. It also helps to build staff loyalty and increased productivity and cultural diversity also helps to choose the best talent.
