Also, with the support of experienced OD consultants, a Teach-Train-Transfer session on Teamwork was held to establish the framework, deliberate about goal formulation at TCS from a systematic viewpoint, and examine ways to institutionalise main objective talent management inside the organisation (Aksom & Tymchenko 2020).

Suggested changes in organization design

For strategy-

  • The Indian IT market is filled with providers who operate on a minimal basis. TCS must adjust its strategies from price leader to differentiate due to higher profit and time constraints from clients. This will enable TCS to focus on projects with a high supply chain.
  • An organised process to assessing, adapting, and disseminating excellent practices is missing.
  • It has a reasonable command of its strong position, but the threat’s evaluation, appraisal, and significance are not well described.
  • While brief goals have been handled, long-term overall organisational objectives have received relatively little attention.

For process

  • Longitudinal procedures, also described as lateral procedures, are needed by TCS. It is built around a process, such as product innovation or client purchase fulfilment. As the characteristics of Measuring Customer satisfaction reflect a certain level of variability to the specified customer’s core requirements, TCS should foster a culture of stimulating innovation and establishing channels for communication, while supporting leadership and management (Aksom & Tymchenko 2020).
  • Employees should be encouraged to take risks, discuss their thoughts, and consistently learn something new.
  • The incompatibility of processes quality improvement like PROPEL, PEEP, and others, which have a consequence on the associate’s degree workplace environment.
  • The paucity of a well-defined method to determine the price of the digital age.
  • Client satisfaction measurements are solely monitored and tracked at the individual consumer level. Screening at the company level should aid in the development of the industry’s entire building process modelling, offering it a strategic advantage.
