Coca-Cola is very well known for the strategies that the company applies and the measures that it takes for managing its various business operations. The company has marked its presence in the business market with its effective marketing and sales operational strategies. The company has identified the importance of systematically managing all its operations so that it can further grow and develop its business across countries. Coca-Cola puts a lot of emphasis on managing its business proceedings in the countries where it operates its business and recruits top talents who make sure that all the business operations are managed effectively.

Product pricing and distribution: One of the most important aspects of business operations for a company is determining the price and distribution of its products. The company creates advertisements with a sentimental approach. The company also creates advertisements based on the cultural values and traditions of a country. The company has also introduced various innovative strategies that have helped the company in boosting its product marketing. The company introduced frozen drinks in Japan which created a massive craze among the company’s Japanese customers. This strategy helps in increasing the sale of Coca-Cola products in Japan and the company also made a huge profit. The company systematically manages its marketing operations so that it can create greater demand for its products in the business market.

Sales operations:Coca-Cola pays a lot of importance to boosting the sale of its market. The company has been known for adapting effective sales strategies for selling its products. The company realises the fact that introducing new flavours will help them in attracting more customers and the company does this very effectively (Ashraf et al., 2020). The company also boosts its sales by offering their customers discount codes on their bottle’s packaging, the customers can then use these codes to get a discount on their purchase. The company also creates effective brand deals with social media influencers and through its e-commerce websites. The company introduces various brand engagement strategies that further helps in boosting their sales operations. Their sales strategies are very innovative and many other companies also get inspired by Coca-Cola’s sales operations.

Customer service operations: Coca-Cola pays a lot of emphasis on enhancing its customer’s service operations so that they can create a better connection with their customers. Coca-Cola imprints its customer service contact number, email address, manufacturing location, manufacturing date and expiration dates in all its bottles so that customers can look through these details if they face any health-related problems after consuming the beverage. The customer service of Coca-Cola is very effective and if any customer gets ill after drinking their beverage then the company does a thorough investigation on the matter and if the company’s manufacturing unit is at fault then the company takes responsibility for the customer’s health issue (Nag & Tran, 2020).
