This company has the largest market share in Australia and their services offer a full range of communication to compete with other companies in the market. As a CEO of this company, I want to suggest some recommendations of this company management structure which help this company to develop their entire structure. Those recommendations help this company to become more powerful and punctual and also suggest developing their technical, internal and external factors.

Structure of the company

Telstra Corporation limited is an Australian telecommunication company that operates the telecommunication market and services all over the world. Their effective services help this company to become more popular and their products create a significant structure in the market position (Byambasuren et al., 2019). This company is leading in the Australian market and this company introduces a huge range of communication tools which create a better reputation in the market. This company introduces content solutions and better technology that are very easy to use and that help this company to create the largest and fastest national mobile network in Australia.

This company also provides wholesale services to other carriers and service providers; they maintain telephone directories and offer pay television services which are a very effective step in the globalization era. This company has wired Australia from coast to coast which indicates their transformation in business. This company also develops its variety of delivery platforms, data networks, cable broadband networks, satellite infrastructure which create a major difference from the other telecommunication companies and build this company’s signature identity in the market. This company enhances its position through those services and its business structure is very unique which indicates a better transaction for the company’s growth.

Recommendation for change

According to analysis and research of this company, I suggest that network innovation can help this company to become more powerful and help to enhance its success and growth. Their proper network innovation, application create a significant response in customers and help this company to change media consumption habits. As a CEO of this company, I recommended some strategies which indicate a better response for this company and help this company to enhance its position accurately. It is recommended radical transformation of customers’ plans and pricing which influenced the customers and created a better response for their products and services in the market (Campbell & Milner, 2019).

Also, I suggest establishing a standalone infrastructure business performance to set the customer requirements and that greatly simplifies the ways and structure of working and be able to serve better service for the customers. Those changes may help this company for their future growth and change the nature of telecommunication products and services to eliminate many pains and problems of the customers. Those changes may help this company to develop technological innovations and competitions too. Those changes also create a great impact for the employees to make their effective decisions on those specific changes and ensure a good step for their future experience.

After analysing this assessment, it could be concluded that Telstra is a very popular telecommunication company that enhanced its position and mark in the market after applying some changes in its business management structure.
