Change management is the process in which the company determines the internal and external change of the organization. In this process, the methods of the changes are described. In this procedure, the members of the company are able to understand the progress and the change related to the company. The team members of the company are able to understand the various steps and the stages of the change of the organization. Through this process, the members of the company are also able to identify the result of the process and also able to identify the error and become capable of rectifying them. This management method describes the change and also teaches about the procedure on how to implement the change in the business sector to improve the business and also improve the image of the sector. The change management procedure puts a great impact on the corporate sectors. This method always defines the actual path when new things are introduced in the corporate sectors. It becomes easy for people to get familiar with the new approach with the help of the change management system. The change management theory forces the people of the organization to do the new things and to get adjusted to the new change. The change management theory also identifies the behaviour and also helps to establish it.

Currently, companies choose the change management theory to maintain sustainability. This theory prioritizes the rations and also examines the factors which are important for the corporate sectors. It is the tool that gives the actual feedback of the activities. This system identifies the factor, processes it, and also checks the feedback of the activity.
It is essential to implement the change management strategies into the public sector and it also helps to develop communication inside the organization (Aslam et al., 2018). The change management process includes so many steps inside it. At first in this process, the public sector has to prepare itself for the change. This management theory also helps to create the vision and also create the proper management and the planning to decorate the plot for the change. The change management model also helps the organization to change the culture and the behaviour among the employees of the company. This system also forces the employees to accept the change and also encourages them to do the practices inside the organization. This management system also analyses the results and then implements the change for better improvement purposes. The key thing of the change management system is to understand the matter first and then plan for the change and through effective communication implement the change for the improvement purpose. The change management system also upgrades the momentum of the activity of the business sectors. There are so many models where the changing system is described. There are so many theories to change management for the company’s digital change and its transformation. Through this theory, an organization achieves materials that are needed for organisational success. This theory has played an important role in developing any kind of digital-like software and many more (Shafiq et al., 2018). This theory introduces more information and ideas which will be very useful for the company.
The Lewin change theory
The Lewin change model is one of the popular change management theories. This theory was invented by Kurt Lewin. This theory is very effective in employee roles and their innovation system (Hussain et al., 2018). This theory is most popular for organisational development. It is a powerful model for its simple and easy presentation. This model follows some steps for every change. Those steps are-
Unfreeze: It is the first step of this theory. The first step is to shift away from the current place. It is a necessary process to overcome all bad and difficult issues and help to identify more new thoughts which are more effective for the company.
Transition: This is the second step where the change occurs and proceeds to new innovation. This step is very uncertain and confusing. According to this step, the result is not clearly understood.

Freeze: Freeze is the last and final step. This step involves replacing the old one and innovating new things with new approaches, ideas, thinking, and operations. This is the most comfortable zone where new status is launched.
All these steps create a new platform in the organisation change and management too. This model is very useful in the organisational development process. This theory is very easy to utilize where the change needed to be done and how it applied through this process. Through this theory, an organisation achieves new innovation, though, the structure which can be very effective in their development. These new thoughts, ideas help the company to process more creatively and build a motivating power in all workers’ attitudes. This model made an action plan on changing old ideas and new innovative information to help an organisation to become more powerful.

Change management is a specific set that is very effective in an organisation change. This management makes a powerful structure for the company. This management introduces methods and manners that manners implementations are very useful for an organisation’s internal and external process. This management suggests and supports employees to which steps need to change and which result is very effective for the company’s success. This management is very useful because through this, a company identifies and overcomes all its gaps and weaknesses. Through this, an organisation becomes more powerful and strong and also their workers become more enthusiastic and motivated to achieve their goals.
