The source of medical history
The main motive behind demanding a medical history of a patient is to analyse the past and present condition of the patient. It may happen because that harm caused by the patient during surgery or operation to stop the harmful act or disease the past medical history is required to obtain. The benefit of this assessment to a senior citizen
Mainly the older person or a senior citizen has more health-related problems as compared to others or younger people (Pérez-Fuentes et al., 2018). It is important to find these health problems as soon as possible and to give the proper treatment to the patients (Furunes, Kaltveit & Akerjordet, 2018). Like various tests, checkups to check the blood pressure and the level of cholesterol and blood sugars and many more of the patient.
Discussion of patients condition
Some strategies followed to handle emotional patients like Use of simple and direct wording with the patient and behaving in a supportive manner and giving confidence to the patient as like his own family members. It may happen that the senior patients have some hearing or vision problem communicating with them to keep in mind these problems. .
Identification of proper nurse standards
The nursing standards are concerned with rules and responsibility with the nurses and their responsibility in a professional capacity (Perry et al., 2018). The nurses are mainly responsible for the patients at the proper time. After the doctor’s nurses play a major important role in taking care of a patient.
Restraints in nursing
Restraint means a proper device to use to protect the patients from causing harm. Some of the harms 3 types of restraint are physical-chemical and pharmacological restraint. These restraints are to be solved as soon as possible. Like physical restraint of a patient keep a barrier of movement of patients from one place to another.
Application of restraints
The pharmacological restraint will be applied to Mrs. Walker to tackle and solve her physical problems (Willman, Bjuresäter & Nilsson, 2021). It is mainly given by injection or such other method as prescribed by nursing standards. Wheelchair bars and breaks are examples of this restraint.
Benefit of weight loss
Many serious health issues may occur due to the high weight of patients. A high amount of cholesterol is also not a symptom of proper health. This may cause various damages and also destroy the liver and kidney. So proper diet is required to maintain weight and avoid fat body and heavyweight.
Important factor of weight loss
Weight loss is an essential factor for the overall health of MRS Walker’s low amount of blood pressure and less amount of risk in the heart condition of the patient. A heart attack may be one of the reasons for the death of a patient so that is the purpose weight loss needed to be done.
Different techniques of weight loss
Specialist health professionals may use a different approach to reduce the weight of the patients like weight loss may be done with exercise like morning walk daily and gyring and many more and others are avoiding oily foods, drinking water regularly and various other methods.
Completion of proper assessment
An oral assessment with the patient may be done by various techniques like asking various types of a question starting from having a close eye on the patient’s health conditions orally to know more information of the problems faced by the patient.
Week oral communication
If the communication is done with the patient is not done properly and if the patient did not disclose his problems properly it may result in future problems (Pérez-Fuentes et al., 2018). The health of the patient may also deteriorate shortly. Proper communication is required at the proper time.
Denture treatment
The denture problems of the patients are needed to be treated immediately. After noticing the problem is too serious it is important to disc; lose to the daughter that immediate operation is required.

Dementia
It is a serious disease mainly caused due to serious damage to the brain of the patients. The most common cause of Dementia is Alzheimer’s disease this serious injury if not treated at the proper time may result in the death of the patients
Differentiation of palliative and end of life care
These 2 are completely different from each other. Palliative is nothing in specialised formal care of the patient in serious health injury or illness. The end of life care is that stage where the patient already died and no care is required for the patient.
Need of divisional therapies
This kind of therapy are necessary to be given to the patient when
- Increase in bone mass and also decrease in blood pressure.
- It also helps to increase the muscle strength and the physical health of the patients.
Role of environment
A proper and safe environment is required to build the good health of the patients like the pollution free air promotes physician activity of a patient. Climate change is also essential in building good health and making infections free lives.
