Abstract
The use of evidence-based approaches in the healthcare sector increases the efficiency of the nurses and the effectiveness of the treatment at the same time. The nurses are usually entrusted with many responsible tasks to perform. Therefore, to ease the operations of their performance and develop the overall culture of the industry, the practices are adopted. The professionals are very much attentive to the flexible factors that influence the practice being installed. There are some areas where the practices based on the evidences are necessarily prominent to perform.

Introduction
The quality of hospitality delivered to the patients is enhanced through the proper implementation of evidence-informed practices in the healthcare sector. The proper application of the approach helps the nurses assess the effectiveness of the diagnosis.
Situations and context to accommodate evidence-based practice
- During the situation where noninvasive blood pressure is measured in children, evidence-based practice can be seen. Nurses maintain the auscultatory method and then contrast the measurement against data collected by the oscillometric method.
- The nurses providing Oxygen to patients with COPD complexity follows evidence bad approach (Horntvedt et al., 2018). In order to ensure safety and patient health, the nurses must be cautious in dealing with COPD patients through oxygen supply which is the perfect treatment based on evidence. That can properly prevent hypoxia, organ failure and acidosis, even death.
- The evidence-based approach facilitates the treatment of an infection acquired in hospitals. Nurses play a contributory role in using precaution, practicing hand washing, wearing protective types of equipment. Illness can be prevented if the healthcare professionals keep the environment sanitised to control the spread of infection.
- The protocols must be applied to use the intravenous catheter to cause blood administration perfectly (Camargo et al., 2018). The nurses must adhere to evidence-based approaches to enhance patient comfort.
The factors which influence the use of evidence-based practice
To deliver the best management practices, some factors can improve the use of evidence-based approaches. The healthcare professionals must follow the pattern of communication that must be flexible as per the status of the patient. This will help them implement more evidence-based practices. The acquiring of soft skills is mandatory to exchange words with the clients. The creation of a healthy environment in a healthcare sector most of the time depends on cordial hospitality, good conduct, collaborative teamwork and discipline. The attainment of interpersonal skills is the key factor to develop the use of practices. Inculcation of decent work ethics helps in increasing problem-solving and analytical skills (Alatawi et al., 2020). The shifting of schedules and effects can influence the evidence-informed practices to adapt to the changing work culture. Old policies must b transformed into new ones to smoothen the performance and productivity. This should be refurbished and all the modern types of equipment must be arranged to form a suitable framework
Information sources and levels of evidence to inform health practice
- The first step is an experimental study where a systematic review is generated. Randomized controls trials are also conducted with the help of meta-analysis.
- The second level is the quasi-experimental study which determines the combination of different trials and tests together. This level might not require the practice of meta-analysis.
- The next level involves a non-experimental study that is purely descriptive and observational. It contains information on various drugs used in medication. The investigator puts his preference on the most common diagnosis and sometimes on the patients transported by air.
- Guidelines of clinical practice and consensus panels can be an important information source. All these are based on the scientific pieces of evidence that are put to consistent practice.

Discussion of collection and application of evidence from various sources
After the study of critical appraisal of evidence, it can be said that sources like the foundation level of applying evidence and the application of different sources of evidence can play a useful role in collecting evidence. The process of critical appraisal of evidence must be carefully studied and this process also judges the outcome of scientific research. Accessing gives many benefits like it prevents various diseases and injuries and also promotes the activities of maintaining a proper healthcare service and also promotes good health (McGowan, 2019). The foundation level of access in the quick accessing in health takes proper safety measures. The different types of evidence are needed immediately to give the health care practices. The need this type of evidence arises to save the health of a diseased person and the application of a different kind of evidence from the various sources also help the health care specialists to take appropriate action as may be found necessary. These kinds of evidence from accessing and into different aspects of health also help the patients to take early treatment as possible and it also results in reducing the costs.
The role of information literacy
In the overall process of evidence-based practice, the ability of information literacy plays a major important role. Health literacy mainly deals with the only aim of the ability of the consumers to understand the medical information through the use of the internet and taking good care of health conditions (Alatawi et al., 2020). If a disease or injury caused in the health gets the treatment at the initial stage then it may not create further difficulties in near future benefit and if not it may also result in losing life or a huge expense of operation cost. So the health care solutions seek to analyze this evidence to help the patients. Various institutions and medical experts have given their theories and suggestions related to medical literacy. It also assures that patient must not hide any health conditions of himself to the doctor it may result in the bad health conditions of the patient. Especially after the covid-19 pandemic, the health care and health literacy level has been increased. One of the best ways to improve heath literacy is to contract with a healthcare professional at an early stage if any symptom in the overall health is noticed that is not normal and also follow the instructions the suggestions given by such medical practitioner or doctors and take the medicine prescribed by him at an early stage (Skela-Savič et al., 2020). As health is the main wealth of a human body so it is important to be conscious and become literate in this manner and if possible take the advice of others. So that is how the information of information literacy helps in evidence-based practice and to taking proper care of health.
Conclusion
So after analyzing the above factors it can be concluded the role of evidence-based practice in developing the health care activities and also the situation and the proper time when this process can be applied. The main importance is health literacy and to take proper health care of himself and consult the medical professional if anything serious occurs.
