Many Chinese people live in the suburbs of Australia nowadays. They have got a diverse experience as much as their point of views. There are many people who were born in various suburbs of Australia like Hurtsville, Chatswood, Ashfield in Sydney and many more. Most of the Chinese people live in those suburbs for their livelihood and other immigration purposes. That is the reason various kinds of Chatime outlets are also available there. The outlets of Chatime Company provide many livelihood and various ideas to the people so that the people can make their life a little bit easy in the foreign land of Australia. It is going to be described here briefly.
Discussion
Many suburbs in Sydney like the Hurtsville, Chatswood, Ashfield and many more are full of Chinese people in Australia. Most of the Chinese people occupy a middle class house with their middle class income (Huang & van der Veen, 2019). Different types of suburbs mostly known as different types of Chinese people, who came from different types of location and culture from China, are the main topic. Most of them look like congregate because they have got a same convenience. There is a big similarities and cultural understanding between those people. It is remarkable over there in Australia because the culture of Australian people is completely different from the culture of China. For instances, in those suburbs that are listed above, many grocery shops are found there that delivers and sells various kinds of Chinese products and varies special Chinese items like Chinese dry foods, black woods, Chinese fungi and many more. A special area is found there that is called China town that is situated in the central business area of Sydney. Most of the price of the products is overpriced there.

A local park is also found there where typical local Chinese people who are elderly with their age, enjoy tai chi, square dances and many more. If a person wants to enjoy favourite Chinese movies with the famous Chinese hero or heroines or other Chinese idols then he can find it to the local cinema halls and can enjoy those cinema very easily. The suburb of Hurstville is full of Chinese people where the people came from all the parts of China. Here, the people of northern china can be found easily (Stevens, 2019). The people of north east china like Dongbei or Manchurian Chinese people can be seen here. the people of south part of china like Canton and the people of eastern part of china like Shanghai can also be found there. Not only that the suburb of Burwood is also occupied with the Chinese people like Hurtsville. Here all kinds of Chinese people can found there from all parts of China. A lot of Chinese shops and outlets are available in those suburbs. A report says that more than 1.3 million Chinese people live in different suburbs of Australia nowadays. Most of the people have migrated from Hong Kong, from various parts of China, Taiwan and other south region of Asia. That is the reason many Chinese people can be found in the suburbs of Chatswood also where most people come from Hong Kong and live there.
The price of the property in Chatswood suburb is more expensive than that of other suburbs of the town (Wang et al., 2018). Here most people open Chatime outlets in those suburbs in order to continue their livelihood. Chatime is a famous franchise of tea house that is based on Zhubei, Taiwan. The franchise is operating their chain business very successfully across the whole world. It is one of the biggest franchise for tea house all over the world nowadays. The company was established in 2005 in Zhubei, Taiwan. It is a beverage and soft drink produced company where the bubble tea and other kinds of flavoured tea are the main products along with some more soft drinks or juices. In 2006, the company first opened its outlets in a foreign land like California, United States. Currently, the company operates more than 2550 outlets in almost 39 different countries and territories. According to the report of 2011, the company is earning a huge amount of revenue of more than 20.5 million US Dollars from their businesses.

The company is very famous worldwide; the company has also achieved its valuable reputation in the soil of Australia also (Hardy, 2020). Currently, Chatime is one of the fastest-growing tea company and franchise in the soil of Australia. Nowadays more than 126 Chatime stores and outlets and tea breweries are available all over the country. These are all settled in just twelve years. It means the people of Australia can get more scopes and opportunities to get more flavoured tea. They would be able to enjoy more flavoursome creation. For example, honey dew milky iced tea is one of them that contains around 8700kj energy in its drink. The company provides varies kinds of benefits to the people of Australia so that they would be able to get the best taste of the tea (Tea franchise. 2022). The company provides loyal tea cards that can provide fifty points to its consumers. When a customer into the stores of Chatime, the customer not only expensing his time, he earns the points also so that he would be able to use it further. The company provides various kinds of app facilities so that the people can avoid the line of queue and can get a comfortable customer satisfaction while shopping with Chatime.

In conclusion, it can be said that, Chatime is one of the most famous franchise in the soil of Australia as it is famous in other countries and territories. As it is a Taiwan based company, most Taiwanese people along with the Chinese people, the people of Hong Kong love to visit the outlets of Chatime. Not only have that but the Australian people also loved to have the taste of Chatime also.
