Managements have always developed the organisation’s culture, strategies and many more. This answer describes Macquarie group and Fortescue Metals Groups management’s impacts on the organisations. It describes how two different organisations’ management impacts on their organisations. The management also develops the companies environments and motivates their employees. Management needs to monitor the employees’ work and their markets. Then develop the organisation’s technological process and motivate the employees to work hard for their organisations. Organisations managements also develop the company’s market values and make successful panes for their company or departments. There are many pieces of information on the management and their impacts are described in the discussion.

- The selected companies are Macquarie Group and Fortescue Metals Group. Managements have a great impact on the organisation’s success and their strategic plans in the Macquarie group. The management needs to maintain overall business and the different departments (Howard & Loch, 2019). Managers have a direct impact on their employees’ work and their performance. Managements always maintain the company’s environment. The management members plan for the company’s production. They monitor the organisation’s productivity and ensure that the company does not face any risk in the future. Then develop the organisation’s technological process and motivate the employees to work hard for their organisations. It trains its employees and helps them to achieve the organisation’s future goals. The management disorganised machines, employee’s performances and many more things and it’s also important for the organisations and the company’s different departments in the Macquarie group.
