- Management is a major part of the company and the board of directors, CEO also has significant roles in the business.
- A management sectors need many departments to manage their markets, productivities, performances and many more.
The CEO and the board of members can develop companies’ management strategies. This answer describes business management or administration theory. However, how much the business is affected by their CEO, board of directors, IT management and many more high-ranked persons. - The principle of administrative management theory is extremely beneficial to top management officials like the CEO, IT managers and business personalities of exponential growth.
- The theory highlights the flexible nature of the operations and technological solutions. The unity of direction and discipline must be maintained to make the members aware of their responsibility and authority over the team (Wasieleski et al., 2021).
The top business leaders should predict the consequences with a clear vision, efficient forecast, planning, command and control, coordination is mandatory to communicate effectively with the team. The focused goal should be increased team strength and productive employability. The overall section of management should be prudent enough to distribute the workload equitably. Initiatives must be made to bring in the elements of democracy and non-biases in the workplace. The management of the company develops companies, enviers, productivity and many more. They monitor their employees’ work and their performances. The theory of administrative management describes that the managers need to maintain their companies. In business management, the new technology is most important to develop companies’ products and customers. In the business description, the maintenance is to understand the markets that help to understand their upcoming sales. Each member of the team should have the independence to participate in the business solution and technological solutions. On the other hand, individual interests have to be sacrificed for the sake of team development. In the business, the company has many no official fields and data that are not possible to store at the visible files but their technology can help their companies to store their files and documents on their devices (Ziakas, 2021). It helps to develop their product designs and it also develops companies’ customer satisfaction. The management must be inclusive of the cultural and eco-friendly insights. On the other hand, it can adopt various counter-cultural strategies to raise the importance.

- Situational awareness is crucial for an organisation to offer new business and technological solutions.
- Smart operational leaders must choose different styles that thrive on business and technological solutions.
Likewise, sentiment also has a big role to play in enhancing improved culture. Valued arguments more than strategic disagreements contribute more, at times, to the proficient management of business and technology. The value that is conflicting but avoided to build up a holistic and sustainable culture. Strategic thinking must illuminate the organisation with better rationalisation and an unpolarized outlook. The presentation needs to describe the importance of the new technologies (Vuong et al., 2022). The new technology helps those companies to develop their services. The technology also helps to save customers and employees too. The new technology also helps to quickly respond to the markets (Vuong et al., 2022). It also helps to develop employees’ skills and their collaboration powers. The automatic machines also help the business to save time and increase their productivity. The leader must decide which is more worthy-consensus or disagreement. Through listening to, facilitating and leading the argumentative path, the leaders can reach the organisation towards effective productivity (Isaevna & Shamilevna, 2018). Greater clarity and transparency are needed alongside analytical rigour. There are straightforward ways that a leader can choose on their own. Reversely, some approaches can be data and analysis-driven to attract customers. There are arguments regarding the easy accessibility of the products due to the demanding customer base and the competitive spirit not to compromise the quality. Many times customer focuses risks violating privacy. Some of the arguments energised the venture with all the components and at the same time, they drain out the energy of the employees. The new technology also helps to serve their product to the whole world and Thai people from different countries can also purchase their products. The CEO, the board of directors and the IT departments went to develop their technological emptiness. They also try to commence or produce training to develop their employee’s skills. If a non-technological person and not business develop their knowledge about business or technology then they can run their business smoothly.
