Introduction
In this current assignment, a questioning session will be drawn based on the observation of the developmental theory of Erik Erikson. In order to know about the developmental status of a particular client and his or her family member, the questions have been asked. Also, it helps to know about the changes of the developmental plan and the concept of the developmental theory. After gathering the answers, the variations in the plan will be identified and described based on the theory from the normal development status. Also, the appropriate response which can be included in this scenario will be given.
Discussion
Questioning session
Question: What is the role of culture in society?
Client: In the purpose of culture, ego plays a significant role. If the ego can be developed in a person, then the percentage of his or her success rate can be decreased. It also includes trust, help, factors of the next generation, health, and many more.
Question: How trust is important in this scenario?
Client’s family member: If in a relationship with any family member, we do not have the trust, in the end, it is all fruitless. Trust can build everything including nature, mind, health, and others.
Client: Yes. If we do not have trust in any family member, then it encourages me to think on that matter more. In this way, it pushes a person to depression which is very critical to be solved.
Question: What is natural growth in life-based on psychosocial development?
Client: The growth of a human being is based on the developmental status in the most significant way. In a child, those things will be reflected in what he or she has listened to in the past. It gives a direct impact on their psychosocial cultures. So, the parents should give focus on the aspects like culture, knowledge of society, and many more to enrich the point of view of that child.
Question: What are the psychosocial stages?
Client: There are so many stages that have started from the stage of trust. Then it comes to autonomy, initiative, industry, identity, intimacy, generatively, ego integrity respectively. It is based on a few phases of life which are infancy, early childhood, preschool, school age, adolescence, young adulthood, middle adulthood and maturity. If a person fully has been focused on these sides from his or her childhood, then that person can lead a happy and peaceful life.

Variation from normal developmental status and the appropriate response
Developmental status means the current growth of the life of a child in the areas of communication, vision, cognition, and hearing. It is true that if a child listens to something bad, then a bad repercussion is expected from it. As he or she thinks that which thing he or she has listened to in the past is appropriate, reflects that. So, the parents of that child should focus on this thing and act accordingly in front of their child (Einspieler et al., 2019). As an example, if the child notices that his or her father does not have a little bit of trust in his or her mother, then he or she directly reflects that similar attitude towards his mother. Also, there is another angle of this scenario that gives the worst effects on the psychosocial attitudes of that child. That child thinks negatively about the relationship of their parents and his or her mindset will be generated based on that. He or she can not trust anybody and behaves badly with everyone. So, the mindset of that child has been completely changed since childhood. Based on this example, it is totally clear that if all the young generation has been generated in this type of mindset, then the entire society will be changed in a worse manner. So, all the parents should focus on the variation of the developmental status and take proper action in the development of their child (Shida-Tokeshi et al., 2018). If all the stages of the developmental plan can be followed in a child by their parents, then it is easy to develop a good mindset. In the beginning of early childhood to adulthood, the entire responsibility of a child is completely ion both of mother and father, and the family managers as well.
Also, culture is the most important thing in society. Based on the outlook of an individual, their culture has been judged. It depends on their dressing sense first then other necessities. While talking with someone, theory language style, speaking adequately defines their culture. So, a parent should give proper training regarding the culture from the basic stage of childhood. It not only depends on the education or qualification of a person but also depends on the behaviour or language of a person (Noor, 2021). As an example, if a person who is a graduate goes to an official meeting in regular wear then it is totally inappropriate in that situation. Based on this example, it is proved that only the educational qualification is not enough to represent the sense of culture in a person. A soft-spoken and qualified person is always preferred by everyone. So, parents should focus on these factors while developing their child and its mindset (Petrasek et al., 2021). It is true that the culture is grown from the home and a child can gain proper education from its home. So, the developmental status should be planned systematically from the starting though following each and every stage.
Conclusion
After analysing the entire assignment, it can be concluded that developmental status is the most significant factor in the development of a human being. It has many stages which should be followed from the beginning. The stages also have alternatives that should be neglected. At the beginning of the assignment, based on the questioning session, a proper mindset of a person for the developmental status can be known. Also, at the last part, the variation of the normal developmental status has been described.
