Introduction

In this assessment report, the organisational designs and leadership styles are evaluated by two different organisations. ALDI Inc is a grocery store company in the US and W.L Gore is an American company of material science service providers. The managers are able to control the employees with different strategies which help them to maintain the organisational culture inside the company.

PART 1

Evaluation of leadership and organisational design

Opportunities and limitations of the strategic approach of each organisation

ALDI Inc is a grocery company that is a fast-moving company in the US. This organisation sells over 30 thousand items in its different stores but the stock is limited in this store. The stores are even smaller but they provide quality products (Reypens, Lievens & Blazevic, 2021). The main strategic approach of this organisation is to provide affordable quality products to the customers.

W.L Gore is a multinational company which is located in America and this organisation provides material science services. This organisation also provides waterproof fabrics which are popular among the customers. The main strategy of this organisation is to provide innovative products to the customers.

Leadership and organisation design of each organisation

The organisational structure of ALDI inc company basically controls the span. This organisation also follows the authoritative style of leadership which manages the employees in a controlled way. This organisation has a flat structure of company and also this company does not create a separate plan for human resource management.

W.L Gore follows the lattice structure and it is a little complex structure and also does not have any title. This organisation follows an employee-centred leadership style that also cares about its employees. This leadership style creates justice for the employees of the organisation.

The argument against employee control

ALDI Inc company cares for its employees and also pays well for their hard work. They also help the employees by transferring them to the preferred locations. This organisation also manages the employees in a controlled way but also takes care of them (Gong et al., 2018). This organisation also operates the activities with lots of focus.

W.L Gore company has a rating over 4.5 among the employees and this organisation is also good for working purposes. The work and life balance in this company are good. This company also has good career opportunities. Direct communication with the employees makes this company structure well.

Benefits with opposing employee status

The main benefit of opposing employee stance is to create a controlled situation which also helps to maintain the culture of the organisation. Employee stance also helps to make important decisions in the organisation. Employee stance also develops the commitment in the particular organisation (Reypens, Lievens & Blazevic, 2021). ALDI Inc treated the employees in a controlled way which also helps them to maintain the disciple in the organisation premises. W.L Gore company communicates with the employees which helps them to engage the employees with the objectives of the company and also helps them to get feedback from them.

PART 2

Organisational challenges

ALDI Inc is a US-based company that faced some challenges over 5 years which creates a problem to develop its business in the international market. Market competition is the main organisational challenge of this ALDI inc company. The internal dispute also creates a problem through which this company also faces some challenges. Due to internal disputes, this company separated.

The business model of W.L Gore Company is not appropriate through which it faces some challenges to expand the business in the global market. This organisation failed to create a particular appropriate business model and that is the main challenge that this company faces over 5 years.

The theoretical concept of the MPO module

The main concept of the MPO module is that it is software that helps to develop the business process and also manages the running activities of the business. This module provides innovative networks to the stakeholders with a hybrid orchestration process. This module creates a conceptual framework and also helps to manage the networks and also adjust the business practises (Hurmelinna-Laukkanen, Möller & Nätti, 2022). This software provides SAAS services to the organisation which helps to control the projects. This module helps to control the consumers of the organisation.

Management system transportation also can be effectively handled through this MPO module. The organisations are able to practice sustainable methods through the help of the MPO module in business which also helps to develop the business process. This module helps to fulfil the business needs through which the organisations get help to fulfil the challenges and also help to develop the business environment.

Presentation and justification of recommendations

In this section, the presentation and the justification of the strategies are discussed and both the organisations get help through the effective strategies. The MPO module is effective and the use of this module is justified in the business process. Leadership styles are also presentable for each of the organisations which help them to control the employees and also help them to maintain the culture of the organisation. The engagement of the employees in the organisation is a good decision for business development. Employees are the core sector that provides lots of service to the organisation and their feedback is important for the growth of the company. So maintaining these factors improved the strategies of the organisation and also justified the organisation.

Technological implementation theory

According to Gong, Brown & Koh, (2018), technological implements help the business process to develop with the help of innovation and one of the technologies is multiparty orchestration involvement. The Technology implementation helps to get the details of the project of the organisation but it also has some limitations. The information can be collected from different locations through the help of the multiparty module. This module provides real-time details of the running projects. This module also improves the supply chain of the organisation and this module also helps to provide sustainable service to the stakeholders. Contrary to the above fact, Hu et al., (2020), have stated that e-commerce platforms are also able to handle this through the help of this MPO module in business. This implementation also helps to develop the systems which help to expand the business process globally.

Conclusion

After studying the entire chapter it can be concluded that both these companies are facing some issues over five years and to adjust to those challenges these companies also seek some approaches which help them to expand the business process in the international market. Improved strategies and approaches help both the companies to increase the business environment which further helps them to develop globally and also helps them to achieve the goal.
