Discussion

People, who are working in an organisation, have thoughts, feelings, actions, and performance. Organisational behaviour studies the mechanisms that how to deal with reactions and identify all those properties to maintain a proper work environment. Wal-Mart is one of the biggest and largest companies who is a popular wholesale and retail business all over the world. This company is very famous for their variety of merchandise at the lowest price and produces fresh products, dairy and meat products, bakery items and many more. This company enhances its business gradually by applying business strategies and management systems. According to the management system, this company introduces organisation behaviour to influence and motivate workers to do their proper work systematically. Organisational behaviour approaches socially different behaviours in their development stage (Pluháček et al., 2020). Organisational behaviour also makes a prominent structure to guide and maintain their work process. Organisational behaviour helps to activate people’s strength and ability (Katona et al., 2020).

Organisational behaviour creates a great approach to the management system in Wal-Mart. This company faces some organisational behaviour issues in the work management process. Those issues are-

Poor communication: Walmart companies face communication problems in their organisational behaviour approach. The workers are not properly connected. The leaders, managers of this organisation do not guide their workers properly and do not communicate about what to do and how. The interaction and communication process help to create more new innovation (Middleton et al., 2018).The leaders need more skills to motivate and inspire workers. It is a common issue that affects their business growth indirectly. Their poor communication quality causes them to struggle to grow.

Failure to develop key factors: Wal-mart company is a multinational company that develops its business in a chain system and introduces many more stores to sell its various products all over the world. This company recurrently faces this problem. The management team does not guide properly to develop all workers’ components and strengths. The workers are not interested in developing their key factors in workplaces such as proper work attitude, behaviours, and many more. They become afraid to face a difficult situation which creates a bad impact on the organisation structure. These all things affect the management system and the leader needs some concentration to be aware of their key factors to develop which help to improve their quality and develop opportunities.

Difficult to blend proper personalities: It is a challenge for this company to blend multiple personalities which affects their development structure. This company refers to workers where personality becomes rare and their background, opinion, views are too different from each other. This company needs to focus more on the worker’s personality which helps to create a united team for the company and helps to produce amazing results in the workplace.

Unclear direction: This company faces many more issues in organisational behaviour. One of the main issues is the absence of clear direction in the workplace. The leaders of this company do not guide properly thorn team members. The workers face more problems in their work process (Cillons et al., 2020). Those leaders do not help them in their difficult situations even if they do not discuss their strategy in the development structure. It creates a bad impact on the work environment. The workers are not interested to do their work within timing and sometimes workers reach the wrong track on the going process of work. It creates a more difficult situation for the management and the organisation too. If the company focuses on those issues, it will be very helpful to reach goals and develop organisations too. Organisation behaviour is also helpful to suggest action frames and practice in performing roles (Karaway, 2018).

Conclusion

Organisation behaviour played a huge role to run a company and develop its growth effectively. It is a study to approach systematic structure to the workplace. It is a very helpful study for any kind of organisation management system and its process to run. Through this study, an organisation develops their workers’ behaviour, builds their confidence and strength, and helps to make positive energy to run the company uniquely. Wal-mart is a multinational company that enhances its business all over the world. This company builds many more stores worldwide which needs more focus to manage all stores in the proper guidelines. This company focuses on their worker’s behavioural issues which is a very effective step to develop their journey. Those all issues need to be overcome to enhance their production growth. If this company overcomes all those issues in creating a great difference in their work area and also help this organisation to develop countlessly. According to those issues, this company approaches new motivation power in their leader attitudes and creates a beautiful surrounding in the workplace.
