Discussing

Nursing is one of the most important jobs that provide care to their people. If a person works as a nurse then their naming motive is to take care of the different ages. However, the old age people get sick too fast so the nurses need to take care of them more. A nurse has the most responsible work to maintain their care services for their old-aged patients. Many nurses chose this care path for helping others. A nurse can develop a patient’s mental and physical abilities through their care services. A perfect care service helps to generate more trust and motivation toward their patient to fast recoveries. A nurse did not rest or waste their time on unnecessary things (Raghubir, 2018). They always try to give their time to their patients to take care of them. Many different types of patients have different types of needs on their care services and on their health. So a nurse needs to provide all types of good care services for their patient. Flexibility is one the important part of the nursing professional attributes and if a nurse can magnets himself at the difficult situations then they can make them self more flexible for their work. Nurse needs to communicate with their patient to understand their needs and problems. A good nurse needs to provide good empathy for all types of patients. Nurses experience different types of situations and different types of patients. It helps them to gain more work experience (Peters, 2018, October). They can apply those experiences to their future work. Nurses are always undoubtedly under too much pressure. They need to balance their receiving from physicians for using the knowledge that if the person needs high-quality care or not. Nurse needs respect for their work because they take care of the old aged people and want them to feel at home. In the covid-19 situation, many nurses take risks to provide good care for their patients. The nursing training that is provided for the hospital also helps them to develop their problem-solving skills (Azevedo Filho et al., 2018). It makes them stronger for their professional work. An old person needs more care for their physical health and their mental health. A nurse provides that care to develop their mental health. In this old age, a person needs good care and love from their families. Nurses have more than 12 hours shifts on their work and this time they need to maintain their emotional and physical stamina. A nurse needs to have good senses of humour that helps them to provide positive energies to the other nurses and the patients’ families (Peters, 2018, October). In critical times the patient’s family members feel stressed for their patients and at that time the nurse can cheer them up. The nurses have important roles that are called leadership roles. A great leader of the nurses can understand the mindset of the patients. It helps them to provide needed care for their customers (Azevedo Filho et al., 2018). Some patients enter a hospital or any health care setting disorienting, confusing and advocate for their health safety. If a nurse practises with a strong passion for proving good services their patient. Then the patient’s advocacy will ensure because the nurses are always fighting for providing the best care for their patients. Sometimes the aged care nurses need to bear some scenarios in their minds as they try to support their patients in an empathetic manner. A nurse always tries to feel the pain that the patient is going through and they try to help them by providing good care.

In nursing practice, a nurse works in unfamiliar places with many unfamiliar people to develop their skills. They also join many activities that they have never done before. In the training period, they need to answer some specific questions about difficult situations. In the current scope of the training, they are standards, each standard of their professional performances (Azevedo Filho, Rodrigues, & Cimiotti, 2018). The scope of the practice describes the qualified healthcare professionals. The training scopes give knowledge about the nurse’s previous five years records about their performances. First, a nurse needs to gain a health care licence then they need to gain knowledge about the rules and regulations to protect the public. Scope of practice for the nurses is an important initiative for any institute or hospital. In these current situations, virtual training also provides for nursing professionals. It also helps to produce good guidelines for the nurses to develop their performances and their skills (Azevedo Filho, Rodrigues, & Cimiotti, 2018). Some people can also gain some nursing knowledge through the old people in their homes. If the persons take care of their old family members then they can gain some knowledge about the nursing process.

Conclusion

After analysing the assessment it has been concluded that nurses do their professional work. Nurse has to sacrifice their time for their patients. The professionals have major responsibilities for their patients. A training process helps the nurses to develop their skills and performances. People need to respect the nurses because they sacrifice their time to provide good services for their patients. Their skills and motivations help those patients’ families to cheer them up and it also gives those families hope. The nurses have a great impact on people’s daily lives and their work or responsibilities give them more respect and love.
